How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 BUSINESS days of receipt. We do our best to ship out your orders ASAP.
We are currently shipping out via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day. California residents will receive their items in one business day and New York residents will receive their items in 3 business days using this method.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO?
Yes, we can ship to PO BOXES, APO, FPO, & DPO addresses.

Do you combine shipping charges?
Yes, we do combine shipping charges, so email us for large orders.

Is it safe to make an order on your website?
If you are checking out (making an order) on our website, you will notice that as soon as you click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” you are in a secure checkout environment and the personal information entered is secure. Your PAYMENT information is only seen by PayPal and can not be accessed by anyone else, not even our employees. We are also PayPal verified.

Do you accept payments over the phone?
We do not accept customer payment information over the phone, fax, or via email. We only use PayPal because or their outstanding customer and buyer protection. We will soon be adding Amazon Payments and Google Checkout as a check out option because they have proven buyer protection as well.

Do you sell customer information?
We do not sell or distribute customer information in any way.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your items; please mail back to us within 5 business days of receipt and we can issue a refund or exchange. Please make sure to include a copy of the packing slip (or write order number on the package) so that we can track the order. Also make sure to mark REFUND or EXCHANGE (and size) on the package.
